What to expect at your visit to my website

Either you are an adolescent or an adult or a child’s parent in search for answers for your child’s behavioral or emotional difficulties, people from all age groups are welcome to seek help as and when required.

I execute counselling & psychotherapy methods along with mindfulness based symptom management to inculcate self-understanding among people and encourage them to adopt new perspective towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that counselling & therapy are not magic pills or quick fixes. Therapy is a healing process that requires participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results. Online counselling is never a substitute to offline or direct counselling. So, in case of lifelong debilitating condition, kindly opt for offline or direct counselling from a professional.
